Integrative Yoga Sessions
These sessions combine mindful body movements, breathwork and a short guided meditation practice. Teaching yoga with a focus on self-regulation for enhanced wellbeing is my approach. I believe life does not depend on being able to get the foot behind the head, but on creating a good set of tools you can use beyond the mat.
Breathing Practices
I assume you can breathe and that is great – but if you would like to gain better focus, build endurance, reduce stress and anxiety or simply breathe better, allow me to teach you breathing practices that will help you achieve all of the above. I am formally trained as a breathwork facilitator, and these practices can change your life for better, the same way they changed mine.
Meditation Practices
Meditation itself is challenging but there are many techniques that anyone can learn and put into practice, mindfulness being one of them. My formal education on this subject as well as years of practice allow me to teach you different techniques that will suit your temperament, your personality and your lifestyle – and the best thing is you will learn how to incorporate them into your everyday life.
Accessible Yoga
Yoga has many practices that Every Body can do – if you can breathe you can practice yoga. Allow me to take you through yoga practices regardless of your physical ability, body type, age, gender identity, or any other labelling. As a certified accessible yoga teacher I work with you, regardless if you are in a chair, or perhaps in a bed. You don’t fit into yoga, yoga fits you!
Trauma Aware Yoga
This model of yoga practice is an approach to creating a safe and supportive environment, where you will be guided to learn emotional regulation skills through connection with the breath and through increased body awareness. I am a certified Trauma Aware Yoga teacher, it would be my honour to guide you through this practice.
Restorative Yoga
This yoga practice is more than just lying on a mat or taking a nap. It is an antidote to busy-ness in modern life. We often forget to rest – it is challenging to do nothing. As a certified Restorative Yoga Teacher, I can help with restoring your body & mind by allowing time to hold poses longer with the help of props to completely support you.
Workplace Yoga
