We combine mindful movement, breath awareness, nervous system support, and stillness in a way that fits your body and daily life. Whether you’re recovering from burnout, navigating stress or transitions, or simply wanting to feel more present and connected, private sessions offer a steady space to land.

In-person studio: River Canoe Club, Marrickville – a quiet, light-filled space by the Cooks River At your home: I travel across the Inner West and the rest of Sydney (travel fee may apply)
