resources
From a young age I was fascinated by books and loved gaining knowledge from them. That thirst for knowledge continues to this day. My interest was and still is human behaviour and its evolution, from my own to others’.
I have listed below resources that helped me on my yoga journey as well as my life journey – resources to deepen self-study, self-care and social engagement practices. All of these resources helped shape me into the person that I am today.
I will continue to add to this list as my own education develops.
